New Raptor Species.
My birding pal Paul F spotted the raptor pictured below. Neither him nor I have been able to identify it. It does look quite similar to a bird I once saw thermalling over a farm owned by the late Bernard Mathews. Someone at work says it could be a species know as a Pussycat. Let me know what you think?
