Tyttenhanger

After dropping my wife off at work I headed the short distance to Tyttenhanger. A pleasant walk in the warm afternoon sunshine. Nothing too exciting but I did get 2 year ticks in the form of Tree Sparrow and Red-legged Partridge. A couple of hints of spring with two Wrens chasing each other about and a couple of Buzzards mewing and some interaction. A list of species seen; Black-headed Gull, Mallard, Coot, Heron, Great-crested Grebe, Carrion Crow, Greylag Goose, Moorhen, Blackbird, Jackdaw, Robin, Magpie, Woodpigeon, Mute Swan, Long-tailed Tit, Blue Tit, Redwing, Jay, Canada Goose, Great Tit, Shoveler, Pochard, Tufted Duck, Lapwing, Red Kite, Buzzard, Chaffinch, Reed Bunting, Dunnock, Cormorant, Meadow Pipit, Tree Sparrow, Red-legged Partridge, Green Woodpecker, Wren, Common Gull.
